Refund & Exchange Policy


At WUD, we are committed to offering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist. Please take a moment to review our Refund & Exchange Policy below.

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided the conditions outlined in this section are met.

To qualify for a refund, all items (including any promotional gifts included with your order) must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same sellable condition as when you received them.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • The return must include the original order confirmation or receipt.

- Damaged or Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please follow our Returns Process outlined above to arrange a return. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Where applicable, the refund will also cover the original delivery charges.

Depending on stock availability, we may offer replacements. 

- Non-Returnable Items

Please note that if you request flowers to be included as part of your gift order, they are considered a custom addition and are therefore non-returnable.

- Packaging

Please ensure that all product packaging is preserved in good condition, as damaged packaging may affect the resale of the item and could impact your eligibility for a full refund. While our agents may inspect the returned items upon collection, this initial inspection does not guarantee that a full refund will be issued.


- Return Process

Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address in Kuwait by contacting us by calling +96596919910

- Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (excluding the original delivery charges). The time it takes to process the refund may vary depending on your payment provider.

Your refund will be processed via the following methods:

  • Amounts paid through "Buy Now, Pay Later" service providers (e.g., Tabby, Tamara) will be refunded to the same account used for the payment in accordance with the vendor's terms and conditions.

  • Amounts paid through electronic payment gateways (e.g. Visa, American Express, Knet) will be refunded by transferring the amount to the customer's card used at the time of purchase or to the bank account.

  • Discounted products are excluded from the cash refund policy.

  • Orders canceled before being dispatched for delivery are refunded within 3 working days.

  • Shipping fees and shipping tax are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

- Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at +96596919910 within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable period, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at +96596919910.

- Quality Assurance

At WUD, we take pride in offering the highest quality luxury products. If you receive a damaged item or discover a fault, please reach out to our customer care team at +96596919910 or via email at customerservice@aalama.net from 10 AM to 10 PM. We reserve the right to monitor return requests and may refuse orders from customers with excessive return levels. 

However, please note that this Returns section does not affect any consumer rights you may have under Kuwaiti law.
